Welcome to our 30-Day Ab Challenge! This challenge is designed to strengthen your core and help you get that 6 pack of steel you’ve always desired. You will be training abs 6 out of the 7 days each week, for the entire month. This challenge gets progressively more intense as the weeks go on. This will allow you to witness the progress firsthand.
Each day you will be completing a different type of ab workout, each of them specifically targeting the 3 main types of exercises you need to build a strong core. These components are (contraction, stabilization, and rotational) exercises.
We all know how difficult it can be to make time specifically to train abs. Especially after a long work day or workout. However, these workouts should only take you about 10 minutes maximum!
Let’s see who can last the 30 days! Let’s see who is discipline enough to lock in and set 10 minutes aside each day to train their abs. Remember, it is not just about the physical, this challenge is designed to push you mentally as well. If you can dedicate 30 days to your abs, in the long run you are building habits to take with you and apply outside the gym as well!
